2) Include your address and phone number in the email, so we can determine shipping fees if required.

3) We will reply as quickly as we can and reply with a link so you can pay by e-transfer or securely online using the SQUARE system. 

4) Once we have been notified of your payment we will arrange shipping.​

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

For purchases in Stratford we offer pick-up or delivery. We can ship standard parcel (4 to 5 business days) to anywhere in Canada for around $15.

GARMENT CARE

Ponchos are made from previously loved sweaters and may contain wool or wool blends. The sweaters were washed before being combined to create this one-of-a-kind garment. Please hand or machine wash gently in cool water and lay flat to dry.

We are sorry but we cannot offer returns or exchanges. We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your one-of-a-kind creation and we recommend that you please be thoughtful when deciding on your purchase.
